The Rigging Point is expanding: a new workshop ready to provide even better service
At The Rigging Point, we continue moving forward to provide an increasingly professional, efficient service fully prepared for the needs of the nautical sector in the Balearic Islands.
Over recent months, we have completed a significant upgrade of our facilities following the move to our new workshop — a larger, better organised space in a strategic location that improves both our daily operations and customer access.
This new step allows us to work with greater comfort, safety and efficiency, optimising processes and increasing our operational capacity.
Investments Made to Improve Our Service
Thanks to the financial support obtained through the aid programme managed by ISBA, we have been able to carry out several investments aimed at improving our competitiveness and technical capabilities.
These include:
- New bench milling machine
- New bench drilling machine
- New workshop tools
- New industrial flooring
- Electrical installation improvements
- Painting and general refurbishment works
These improvements provide a safer, more efficient working environment and allow us to continue delivering high-quality solutions in mast installation, maintenance, repairs, rigging and deck hardware systems.
Committed to Continuous Improvement
Every investment we make has one clear purpose: to offer better service, faster response times and reliable, precise workmanship for our clients.
We continue to grow with the same values as always: quality work, close customer relationships and commitment to the nautical industry.
European Co-financing
This project has benefited from financial access improvement aid co-financed by the European Union.

How often should standing rigging be replaced?
The truth is that standing rigging has a limited lifespan, even on boats that are not heavily used. Wind loads, salt, vibration and constant tension slowly weaken the system over time.
In this article we explain how often standing rigging should be replaced, the warning signs to watch for, and the risks of postponing replacement for too long.
